14. Roof Repairs
Roof repairs address specific areas of concern and do not restore the full life expectancy of the roofing system.
Due to roof age, weather exposure, structural movement, or previous repairs, additional leaks may occur in other areas over time.
15. Weather Conditions

Roofing work may cause vibration within the structure. The client is responsible for protecting attic contents, fragile interior items, or personal belongings that may be affected.
18. Cleanup
A general cleanup will be performed after work is completed, including a magnetic sweep to collect roofing nails.
However, complete removal of all debris or nails cannot be guaranteed due to environmental conditions.
19. Materials
Material color, texture, and appearance may vary between manufacturing batches and does not constitute defective workmanship.
20. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply only to the roofing materials supplied.
Any workmanship warranty applies only to the specific repaired or installed area and does not extend to unrelated portions of the roof.
21. Limitation of Liability
